Inside Line Promotions – TULSA, Okla. (May 25, 2017) – Josh Baughman will make his racing debut in the state of Colorado this weekend.

Baughman is slated to compete on Saturday at El Paso County Raceway in Calhan before venturing to Phillips County Raceway in Holyoke on Sunday with the Lucas Oil ASCS National Tour.

“It’s always fun to head to new tracks,” he said. “I think both places are new for all of the ASCS National Tour drivers so everyone will be forced to learn on the fly.”

Baughman enters this weekend ranked eighth in the ASCS National Tour championship standings. However, he is only 36 points out of fifth place and 62 points out of third.

Baughman has earned two top fives and four top 10s, which is tied for fourth in both statistics, in six races with the series this season.

“Our goal going into this weekend is to win a race or two,” he said. “We’ve had some strong runs this year and I know we have a team capable of getting to Victory Lane.”
